Day 1-5 London
Unlock 2000 years of history on the banks of the Thames in a cityscape that gets better with time. Watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and find out why ravens are so important a sight at the Tower of London. Picnic in its Royal Parks, see a show in the colourful West End or scour the East End’s many markets for a bargain to take home. Don’t forget to ascend the Shard or ride the London Eye for a rooftop view of what’s probably the most fascinating city in the world.

Day 6-9 Canterbury
Make your own pilgrimage to Canterbury, a cathedral city originally built by the Romans but associated with mediaeval time when it was the destination for groups of traveling pilgrims. The cobbled streets and wood-framed houses will make you feel like you’re a part of Chaucer’s "Canterbury Tales."

Day 10-13 Paris
Ramp up the romance with a visit to the City of Love. Its sights are world class: the iconic Eiffel Tower, the busy Champs- Élysées, Notre dame and Sacre Coeur cathedrals and its many renowned museums, galleries and department stores. Nearby, the Palace of Versailles offers a glimpse into the workings of the 17th century Royal Court, an opulent château fit for a King – for a while, at least.

Day 14-17 Mont St Michel
Visit this island city located off the shore of north western France to explore the famous Mont St. Michel Museum. Built to fend off attacks during the Hundred Years War, it survived a full-on assault by the English in the 1433. A similar structure can be found across the water in Cornwall.
