Spain: From the Retiro to the Rambla (2 Weeks)
Day 1-5 Barcelona
Take a stroll down the famous Rambla, Barcelona’s most famous pedestrian thoroughfare and a place to encounter acrobats, human statues and restaurants. This is a place which entangles its surroundings with the city: from Montjuic’s cable car to the beaches lining its promenade, it’s a place where leisure and work are intertwined. Don’t miss the legacy of Antoni Gaudi: he’s the one responsible for the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and the delightful Parc Guell.

Retiro Park is the place to retire to when the sun’s at its most fierce; take a boat out onto the lake or lie down under the shade of a tree. At night, the city comes alive. Dine late like the locals do and enjoy a late night snack of chocolate and churros to round off your night. .
