Day 1-6 Paris
Ramp up the romance with a visit to the City of Love. Its sights are world class: the iconic Eiffel Tower, the busy Champs- Élysées, Notre dame and Sacre Coeur cathedrals and its many renowned museums, galleries and department stores. Nearby, the Palace of Versailles offers a glimpse into the workings of the 17th century Royal Court, an opulent château fit for a King – for a while, at least.

Day 7-11 Versailles
Follow in the footsteps of royalty as you imagine yourself as one of the monarchs who called this grand palace home. The splendour, opulence, and elegance of the architecture and decorations which adorn every facet of this French palace will impress even the most jaded of visitors. The manicured lawns and carefully considered planting of its gardens is also not to be missed.

Day 12-16 Chartres
Gaze in wonder at the skill required to construct this city’s beautiful cathedral. Its outside is characterised by a huge number of flying buttresses while the interior boasts an array of almost perfectly preserved stained glass windows. This elegant building has been the jewel in Chartres’ crown since its construction in the 12th Century.
